Healing begins when we stop pretending everything is fine. There's strength in vulnerability, in admitting that we're carrying burdens that were never meant to be ours. God doesn't expect us to carry these weights alone. In fact, He invites us to bring our hurts, our family's hurts, and our deepest wounds to Him. When we acknowledge our pain, we create space for God's healing power to work in our lives.
Bible Verse
"For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart." - Hebrews 4:12
Reflection Question
What wounds or hurts have you been carrying that you need to acknowledge before God today?
Quote It's not okay to be hurt. It's not okay to be in bondage it's not okay. If someone did something against you, it is not okay. Right? We gotta say, enough's enough.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me to be honest about my pain and my family's struggles. Thank You that You're big enough to handle my hurt and gentle enough to heal it. Amen.
