What Shall We Do Ministries is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.
Pastor Lionel Peters
Pastor and Evangelist Lionel Peters along with his wife Sis Joy Peters are the founders of What Shall We Do Ministries Inc in Hawthorne,CA.
Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Lionel’s love for the Lord begin at a young age and was nurtured by his parents, Lionel Sr. and Lynette Peters. As a child and throughout his teenage years, he attended multiple church conventions and revivals with his family and was encouraged to not only learn the word of God, but to also walk by faith and not by sight.
In August 2009, Pastor Lionel Peters was filled with the precious gift of Holy Ghost and baptized in Jesus Name at Peace Apostolic Church in Carson, CA. Shortly after, he married his high school sweetheart Joy Peters and they became faithful members of Peace Apostolic Church under the stewardship of Bishop Howard A. Swancy.
In 2016, Pastor Lionel Peters became a Licensed California State Minister and received his A.A. in Biblical Studies from Aenon School of Theology. He also serves as a Board Member at the Azusa Lighthouse Mission where he has been ministering and serving on Skid Row for several years. Both Lionel and Joy Peters are Licensed Realtors and co-own a successful property management business in Southern California, Barshay & Peters Management Company.
In 2018 Pastor Lionel Peters and First Lady Joy Peters had the first Spirit of Thanksgiving Gospel Experience which is a concert in Downtown Los Angeles every November that uses Gospel Music to attract lost souls and introduce them too Jesus. Pastor Lionel Peters and First Lady Joy Peters have a true love for souls and look forward to leading more souls to Christ.
