True peace isn't found in our circumstances - it's found in knowing who holds our circumstances. When life feels uncertain, our natural instinct might be to seek security in things we can control: our savings, insurance policies, or careful planning. While these aren't wrong, they can never provide the deep, lasting peace that comes from knowing Jesus. Real peace persists even when everything around us seems to be falling apart. It's the kind of peace that allows us to say, 'Though I have lost everything, I still trust God.' This supernatural peace comes from knowing that our ultimate security rests not in what we have, but in who we know.

Bible Verse

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul." - Psalms 23:1-3

Reflection Question

Where do you typically look for security in difficult times, and how might your perspective change if you fully trusted God's care?

Quote You can only have peace when you know who you serve. You don't get peace in your insurance. You don't get peace in having a little money in the bank. You get peace in Jesus.

Prayer

Father, help me find my security in You alone. When circumstances feel overwhelming, remind me that You are my shepherd and my source of true peace. Thank You for Your faithful care. In Jesus Name, Amen.
